The c-type automation system was simplified and has only one axis so that it can achieve super-high speed operation which was applied in recent two systems of 4-cavity yoghourt cup and lid. These systems were equipped with Germany original Demag machine of Ergotech 100/475-610 ELexis, which can complete labeling, molding, taking-out and stacking as short as 3.5 seconds.
